I recently participated in the Love at First Breach 2026 event on TryHackMe, and I decided to document my full experience solving all 10 challenges.
This wasn’t just another CTF where you run a few scans and grab flags. Each challenge required proper thinking, patience, and a structured approach. Some were straightforward once you understood the pattern. Others made me stop, rethink, and go back to basics.
What I enjoyed most about this event is how it covered different areas instead of focusing on just one skill. There were challenges that required solid enumeration, some that tested web application behavior, some that involved logic flaws, and others that pushed deeper analysis. It felt realistic rather than artificial.
Instead of just dumping solutions, I’m going to walk through how I approached each challenge. I’ll explain what I looked at first, what stood out, what mistakes I made along the way, and how I eventually reached the flag.
